Darron Dickinson Founder & CEODarron Dickinson, CEO is a founder of Glacierforce, LLC.
Darron, founded GlacierForce on the principle that if you get smart people together any problem is solvable. He prides himself on the company’s ability to deliver timely, cost effective solutions.
From 2003-2007, Mr. Dickinson served in various Operational and Technology roles including Chief Information Officer for Collegiate Funding Services, based in Virginia, prior to and thru its public listing as on NASDAQ (CFSI). The company was acquired in March of 2006 by JPMorgan Chase (JPM).
Prior to CFS, Mr. Dickinson served over 12 years at major regional and national financial institutions in various operational and technology roles.
Mr. Dickinson received a B.A in Economics from Hamline University, an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Minnesota, and an MSCIS from the University of Phoenix.
As the CEO of GlacierForce, Mr. Dickinson focuses much of his time on the strategic initiatives of the firm, including strategic partnerships, organizational growth, and business development.
Chad Reding CFOChad Reding, CFO
Chad brings over 10 years of finance and operations experience to GlacierForce. As CFO, Chad is responsible for overseeing GlacierForce’s financial initiatives as the company moves to the next level of delivering innovative client solutions.
Prior to GlacierForce, Chad served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Xora, Inc., a leading provider of SaaS based solutions to mobile workforces, where he played a lead role in driving a private-to-private merger to create the largest player in the MRM industry. He also served as Director of Finance at Collegiate Funding Services (CFSI) which went through an IPO and ultimately was acquired by JPMorgan Chase (JPM) during his tenure with the company.
In addition to his roles at Xora and CFS, Mr. Reding has served in several financial leadership roles at leading companies including Wells Fargo and ConAgra Foods.
Mr. Reding holds a B.S in Finance from the Carlson School of Management, as well as an MBA from the Carlson School of Management.
Karen Greisinger CAOKaren Greisinger, CAO
As Chief Administrative Officer, Karen manages the office administration and marketing functions of GlacierForce. She brings more than 15 years of management and marketing experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to GlacierForce, Karen served in various marketing leadership roles in both community and national banks. From directing public relations and marketing strategies at Mainstreet Bank to leveraging corporate campaigns at TCF National Bank, Karen’s strength lies in thinking outside the box and executing plans down to the last detail.
Karen holds a B.S. in Design Communications from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.C. Marketing Communications Certificate at the University of St. Thomas.
